Southern California punk rock band Aw Shux delivers four tracks of melodic hardcore on this 7-inch vinyl release. Recorded between late 2004 and early 2005 at Zen Recording Studios in St. Petersburg Florida, these recordings capture the band's signature blend of old-school melodic hooks, and straightforward DIY attitude.
Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Steve Connelly, this album reflects the band's early sound, rooted in the Southern California punk and hardcore scene of the late '90s and early 2000s. From the fast-paced energy of “Dream” and “New Politics” to “Live Again” and the title track “I'll Make It Right,” this four-song release delivers raw, no-frills punk rock with plenty of melody and attitude.
A great addition to any underground punk, melodic hardcore, skate punk, or independent vinyl collection.
